Something called Lefty’s Fresh Spin taking over the old Haz Liquors that shut down months ago on Polk & Pine.

DBA “Lefty’s Fresh Spin” will be operating a Hof Brau style quick serve eatery. Food will consist of soup,
salad, sandwiches and operate with a type 41 beer and wine license which requires food sales during all
hours of operation. Per Lower Polk Neighbors request Lefty’s has agreed with operating restrictions and
will close at 12 am.

Lower Polk Neighbors vote for approval of Lefty Odoul’s to open a eatery with a type 41 liquor license
with operating restrictions and will close at 12 am.
